  2. 1 packet drumsticks🍗 (14 to 15)
  3. Water as required
  4. 1/2 cup vinegar
  5. 1 tsp food colour
  6. Marination
  7. 250 gram yogurt
  8. 1 tbsp Ginger paste (1 cube)
  9. 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  10. 1 tbsp lemon juice (1 cube lemon juice)
  11. 1 tbsp green chilli paste
  12. 2 tbsp chicken tikka masala powder
  13. 1 tsp zeera powder
  14. 1 tsp coriander powder
  15. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  16. 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  17. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  18. Salt to taste
  19. 1 1/2 cup oil
  20. Green chilli as required
  21. 2 tbsp green coriander leaves
  22. 2 tbsp mint leaves
  23. For Masala
  24. 2 medium onion chopped
  25. 3 tomato chopped 🍅
  26. 1 tsp zeera whole
  27. 3 black cardamom
  28. 3 green cardamom
  29. 2 cinnamon stick
  30. 5-6 cloves (loung)
  31. 1 bay leave
  32. 1 pinch nutmeg powder
  33. 1 pinch mace powder
  34. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  35. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  36. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  37. Salt to taste
  38. 1/2 cup oil

Instructions to make to make Chicken Drumsticks Tikka Biryani

  1. Wash and clean the chicken drumsticks and cut them deeply.
  2. Take a bowl add water, vinegar and food colour and mix well. Dip the chicken drumsticks in the vinegar water for 2 hours.
  3. Take a bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, lemon juice and all dry spices and mix well.
  4. Apply the mixture all over the chicken drumsticks and inside the cuts as well.
  5. Take a karahi add oil and marinated chicken drumsticks and fry till light golden brown colour.
  6. Add green chilli, green coriander leaves and mint leaves and cook for 5 minutes for low heat.
    Take a piece of coal and place in an aluminium foil cup and add some drops of oil. Place it in the middle of chicken and cover the lid. Give this steam for 10 minutes.
  7. Cut the onion and tomatoes.
  8. In the same karahi add oil fry the onion till light golden brown colour. Then add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Add 1/2 cup of water and cover.
  9. Add all dry spices and leftover of the chicken drumsticks masala and cook until the water is dried.
  10. Once the masala is cooked fully add green chillies and coriander leaves.
  11. Now boil the rice and add layers of masala in between. Place the chicken drumsticks on the top most layer. Cover with lid and give dum for 20 minutes.
  12. Chicken Drumsticks Tikka Biryani is ready to serve.
